Payment MethodsThe following payment methods are accepted by Exact Editing:
TermsA deposit of 25% is required from all new private clients, with the balance payable immediately upon completion of the project. Completed projects will not be forwarded to private clients without full payment unless agreed in writing prior to work commencing. A deposit of 25% may be required from new business clients, with the balance payable 30 days net from date of invoice. Progress Payments/InstalmentsIf you have a large-scale project that requires the services of a professional editor, where cost is the only factor inhibiting you from seeing your project through to completion, or if you plan to complete a project over the coming months/years but are concerned how you will afford for it to be edited upon completion, don’t hesitate to contact us today. We have worked with many clients to develop a suitable project schedule according to their specific needs and budget requirements. This includes receiving portions of the project on a weekly or fortnightly basis and issuing invoices as the work is received, resulting in smaller, more manageable payments being made on a regular basis. |
